Existing Line?*

Do you have an existing fibre line inside your property? If you already have a fibre line from Octotel, Frogfoot, Vumatel or Openserve - you can order a Migration or Reconnect on the same fibre network. A Migration is when you're moving from another ISP to Atomic on the same fibre network. A Reconnect is for when you're moving into a new home which has had a fibre service before. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your fibre box and we can help you figure things out.

You require a new installation

You require a Octotel Migration if you have a live service with an ISP or a Octotel Reconnect if the line is inactive.

You require a Frogfoot Migration if you have a live service with an ISP or a Frogfoot Reconnect if the line is inactive.

You require a Vumatel Migration if you have a live service with an ISP or a Vumatel Reconnect if the line is inactive.

You require an Openserve Migration if you have a live service with an ISP or a Openserve Reconnect if the line is inactive.

WiFi*

I understand that Atomic will do its best to help and give advice, but cannot guarantee Wi-Fi performance and/or Wi-Fi coverage within my property.

On-site support*

I understand on-site IT support is not included in the monthly Atomic service fee. The Fibre Network Operator will be responsible for on-site installation and repairs. More info on our terms page.

Ethernet testing*

I understand that in order for Atomic to test the quality of the fibre line I may need to plug a computer into the fibre ONT/CPE with an Ethernet cable.

Discount terms*

I understand that any discounts received on upfront fees (installations, migrations and reconnects), will incur a pro rata claw-back, if I cancel within the first 6 months for migrations/reconnects, and in the first 12 months for installations.
