Our on-site services are designed to provide additional support to our residential and commercial clients, complementing our Fibre ISP offerings. We’ll arrange an appointment to visit your property, where we’ll identify and resolve any network issues you may be experiencing. From basic wireless mesh systems to advanced WiFi solutions, we offer a range of hardware and accessories to fit your budget.
Our customers love our on-site services, often highlighting that no other ISP matches our level of service for network cabling, WiFi optimisation, and hardware installation. 😇
We take a “set and forget” approach, meaning there’s no ongoing retainer, contract, or SLA for our on-site services. Once a project is completed, if you need further assistance from our on-site team, a new appointment will need to be booked and paid for. Please note that travel, labour, and hardware costs for on-site services are not included in your Atomic Fibre ISP package. Standard Pricing
- Call-out fee: R750, includes first hour of work
- Hourly rate: R750, if more than an hour is spent on site
- It usually takes two business days to arrange a visit
- If there is a long travel time extra travel costs may need to be added
- Hardware and cabling will be quoted and billed separately
- The work can be added to your Atomic invoice
- These costs may change. Prices include VAT
Cost Estimates
- Ethernet point installation: R1000
- Ethernet point installation via ceiling: R1500
- Cost per meter for Ethernet cable: R5
- Cost per Wifi Access Point device (hardware): R1800
- Configuration, testing and troubleshooting: R750/h (as above)
For example: If we run a 20m cable to add one wifi access point through a ceiling, the price will be about: 20 * 5 + 1500 + 1800 + 750 call out = R4150
Please note: these are purely estimates to help you decide if you would like a quote. Each installation is different and we can’t confirm pricing without visiting the site.
