Our on-site services are designed to provide additional support to our residential and commercial clients, complementing our Fibre ISP offerings.Β We’ll arrange an appointment to visit your property, where we’ll identify and resolve any network issues you may be experiencing. From basic wireless mesh systems to advanced WiFi solutions, we offer a range of hardware and accessories to fit your budget.

Our customers love our on-site services, often highlighting that no other ISP matches our level of service for network cabling, WiFi optimisation, and hardware installation. πŸ˜‡

We take a β€œset and forget” approach, meaning there’s no ongoing retainer, contract, or SLA for our on-site services. Once a project is completed, if you need further assistance from our on-site team, a new appointment will need to be booked and paid for. Please note that travel, labour, and hardware costs for on-site services are not included in your Atomic Fibre ISP package.
