From 1 April 2025 ๐ฐ Vumatelโs home fibre pricing is changing โ that means our packages will be changing too. The price change on 1 April 2025 is 11 months after Vumatelโs last price change.
Details of the changes can be seen in the table below.
Notable changes ๐
- Vumatelโs price increase is due to current market conditions and increasing operational costs
- The 1000/500Mbps package remains unchanged (0% increase)
- Price increases range from 1.43% to 4.86%
Important Dates ๐
Below is a list of important dates for the changes.
17 January 2025: Vumatel informs Atomic of price changes
1 February 2025: Atomic loads blog post with new pricing
On or before 1 March: Atomic informs customers of price changes via email
24 March 2025: Invoice with new price is generated and send to customers.
24 March 2025: Last opportunity to upgrade/downgrade before 1 April.
1 April 2025: Package changes complete.
No Action Required ๐ด
No action is required from Atomic customers, but if you wish to upgrade or downgrade, please complete our Change Request form before 14h00 on the 24th of March 2025. You will need your Atomic service ID when completing this form. You can find this on your invoice, it starts with โAAA-โ.
